LHC dismisses 'inadmissible' plea against Fawad's 'illegal' detention 2023

The Lahore High Court (LHC) on Wednesday excused a request to recuperate captured Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) pioneer Fawad Chaudhry, naming the case "at this point not permissible".

LHC's Equity Tariq Saleem was hearing a request looking for Fawad's recuperation from the "unlawful and unlawful restriction" by Punjab's Counter-Psychological oppression Division (CTD).
